All orders ship from our distribution center in Embro, Ontario, Canada. Tracking information is supplied once the order has been shipped. Lead times for delivery are an estimate only.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at «firstname.lastname@example.org». We can not accept returns without a valid order number. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling costs are extra and will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the destination and order contents being shipped.
